  • the patient has a Stage III or Stage IV pressure sore on the torso and the physician directs the patient's home care treatment plan.

A PHYSICIAN'S PRESCRIPTION MUST BE FURNISHED TO THE SUPPLIER PRIOR TO DELIVERY.
