  • if used to deliver a covered medication. (PhilCare does NOT provide these medications. Please contact your local pharmacy for medication criteria.)

Common diagnoses that are NOT COVERED:

  • Pneumonia
  • Lung CA
  • Pulmonary Fibrosis
  • Pleural Effusion
