Comprehensive Training
Each customer is
fully trained in the comfort of their home, on the operation, safety and care
of their home care equipment.
Prompt Deliveries
We deliver
equipment when the patient needs it. Most In-stock products are shipped
(or delivered) within 24 hours, to the patient's home.
Delivery
Territory
Our
delivery territory covers an approximate 25 mile radius from our
office located in Ivyland, PA. We provide free delivery to most of
Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Call to find out if you're in our
free delivery area!
Equipment Maintenance
Equipment
is maintained and/or repaired by our in-house equipment technician.
Initial and Ongoing Assessments
Our
delivery technician and equipment technician perform extensive
assessments that provide assurance that the product is suited for the
patient and the patient's environment.
Consultations
We will
consult with referral personnel and the patient to resolve any matter involving
home care services.
Discharge
Planning
We work
directly with physicians and/or discharge planners to insure the patient has a
smooth transition home.
Billing Assistance
We
bill Medicare, Medicaid, Independenc Blue Cross, Keystone Health
Plan East and other third party insurance carriers (if qualified) so
the patient doesn't have to do the paperwork.
Travel Planning
(Oxygen Only)
We will
arrange for the patient's oxygen service while they are away from home.
